  1. Sorry Janusz, it took me a while trying to find the list.
    A good general list but I might question points 3 and 10 for those with acid reflux concerns.
    I would suggest the advice to them is to eat little and often with 5 or 6 small (half sized or smaller) portions regularly spaced throughout the day prevents the stomach from getting over-filled whence reflux may result.
